We are using an old version of Saba and we are not upgrading since we are changing LMS next year. Currently all quiz and training we had produced last year are no longer working when launched from LMS (they worked up to November 2015). As anyone experienced this? Any solution? Saba said that our Saba version is too old, nothing can be done about it.
I'm sorry to hear that - and I don't know a lot about Saba, but if they believe it to be an outdated version of their LMS system that you're using perhaps the upgrade to a new LMS will have to come sooner? You may also want to confirm that you're using the latest update of Storyline and viewing it in the supported browsers here - but ultimately it's up to the LMS to determine how it'll display and behave once loaded into that environment.
