Using Articulate Online, I updated my production but when I click on the link the change doesn't appear (modified layer). Articulate prompts me if I want to erase the older file and I answered ''Yes''. Also received a confirmation message so everything looks OK.
In my problem resolution process I decided to publish on the Web and saw the changes when I used this approach.
Did you look at testing this in a new browser or clearing the browser cache? It may just be that you're viewing the previous version so you're not seeing the updated one.
I see this happening sometimes on the service provider server, a slight delay before the FTP files are actually updated. It is not specific to your site. It may be related to the browser cache and cookies I think.
Thanks Luc for clarifying and glad you've been able to narrow down the root cause. Have you tried clearing out the cache and cookies to see a different result?
