Getting results in Articulate Online

I am hoping someone can help me with Articulate Online.  I have created an Articulate Storyline that I’ve published to Articulate Online.  It published and can be launched but I’m having problems with reporting on this Storyline.  This presentation is intended to be an anonymous  “presentation/survey/quiz” so it is important that I be able to see a user’s response to each question in the presentation, however I’m not able to produce a report that reports on the users answers.  When vieiwing reports in Articulate Online I’m only able to see whether or not they have completed the presentation.

It appears I cannot report on individual responses because Articulate Online sees my published content as a presentation rather than a presentation with embedded quizzes.  Did I miss a step when developing or publishing my content?  And if so how can I correct this to enable me to get an answer breakdown of those viewing my presentation.  I'm thinking Articulate Online wants to see results slides but thier is not right or wrong answer to the questions so I don't want to confuse the users.  HELP!
