content doesn't show in reports

Hello all,
I am trying out the Storyline II and set up a set of questions.
The work seemed to be fine and when I run it on the computer, I can see my own results, so far so good. I upload the content and invite user to take the test, which has some 20 graded questions.
After log on I can see the content, when I switch to the reports page in order to run a pre-set report (track answer by user / answer breakdown) I cannot see any of my content.
Somehow I can run a report such as how many slides had been viewed.
I can see that some of the users already took the tests.
I used the software and uploaded the presentation to articulate online.
What did I miss, what did I do wrong, how can I fix this?
I want to have the results presented to me.

Hi, Dietger -- Thanks so much for reaching out, and sorry to hear of your troubles! Apologies if I am not clear on what you need, but may I ask if you have had a chance to review all of the various options available for running reports in Articulate Online here in this article?

Did you include a results slide in your course to track how the user answers, or did you track by number of slides viewed? You can read more about the tracking options for Articulate Online here in this article about publishing.

Yes I did include a results slide.
It worked well on the desktop and shows percentages clear.
However, once uploaded it doesn't appear as per the post.

It may be easiest if we can take a look at your Articulate Online account so that we can see what type of reports you have access to. Are you able to reach out to our Support Engineers here and they'll be able to request access to your account?
