Hoping someone can help with this issue. I am trying to run a report to see how the user answered. However when I run the report it is not showing any of the content/questions that were answered. At the top of the report it is showing all the normal info, duration, score and status is showing as complete. I have ran 11 of these reports for the same coarse in the last 2 days and have not had this issue. Any idea what the problem could be? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
Are you running reports on a particular individual or course as a whole? It will likely be something that we'll want to take a look at your Articulate Online account and how the reports are being generating.
