I have build a module in Storyline 360 that reports to our LMS. It should report a multiple choice as well as short answer question. Some students are having reporting issues. On the LMS is showing zero time spent on the module, however, I can see their interactions. Consequently, the module reports failed. How could this happen? Is it LMS issue of Articulate reporting issue?

Additionally, to determine if the issue is related to your LMS or file, you can troubleshoot in SCORM Cloud! If it works correctly there, then I suggest that you reach out to your LMS administrator. If it doesn’t work in SCORM cloud, we’ll be happy to take a look at your project here or in a support case!
