We are facing an issue where the scrom packages with the Text Entry Fields not working properly in the inAppBrowser. The issue is field is not able to record user in put in IOS 9.1 inappbrowser. Only return key is working and all other key inputs are not taken in.
After some time it may start to work but it is not quite consistent how and when it starts. Please help
Thanks for replying Leslie. We are viewing the contents with in our app (LMS) which is the following browser component to view the scrom courses. The app is built using phone gap.
We are having a difficulty on viewing the course out side the LMS at the moment as we need to transfer the progress to the LMS. We prefer to view scrom with in our app. If we try to view it in other browser like Safari if works, but it will have to take the user away from the LMS APP which is not a good user experience.
Unfortunately articulate Text Entry Fields does not take the user input when open in the InAppBrowser and only the return key works. How ever there are some other scrom course that supports text entry in inAppBrowser (Adobe Captivate)
If some one had some similar experience please help.
Thanks for clarifying Buddhika. As I mentioned above, this is not a setup that we can support so hopefully some users in the community will be able to assist.

Hi Buddhika!
Are you viewing in a supported environment as specified here or are you saying that you are utilizing a 3rd party app and having difficulty?
If the latter, not sure if some members of the community will have some insight to share with you on any experiences with that.
