I've got a strange problem with all of the learning modules on my company's website. For some reason, the audio doesn't work on mobile/tablet, but works fine on desktop. Sometimes when skipping around by tapping on the slider, the sound starts working (but not always). I believe that the modules were compiled using articulate storyline 2, but I don't know which version. Has anyone experienced this problem?
I'm sorry to hear that you're running into this audio issue when on a mobile device. I saw that you opened a case with our Support Engineers, which is a great move! They have a knack for finding the root of such issues.

Can I confirm what web browser(s) you are using to view the course?
Was the Storyline 2 project saved to a local hard drive?
Did you publish the course for Web, LMS, or?
Are you able to publicly share the unpublished .story file with me here – or privately here for testing?
