Articulate Storyline 3 Installation failed

Hello,
I just finished installing Storyline 3 and when I try to launch it I get an error message shown in the attachement below. I Try re installing multiple times , but nothing , still the same issue. Any assistance will be appriciated.

Hi Jonathan - Sorry to hear that you ran into difficulty with this. I'd advise that you work directly with our support engineers here so that we can take a look at your installer logs if needed.

So there was an update today for Windows , and I did it and it somehow fixed the issue.
