I am in the process of using a trigger .. Executing Javascript when the user clicks on a Picture and a new outlook message appears in the Outlook application with a body text in it.. The issue is that Javascript works perfect in my trial version of story file. But does not work on my main file.. It is very weird issue.
Can you send me the link where I can upload my project? It is my company's project.. So , I am not sure to upload it in public

If the issue is in the javascript then Articulate support will not help with this.
Does your main file have more javascript in? If any javascript is broken in that file then it is likely that all javascript triggers will not run
Main file has just 1 javascript in it. Same javascript is working in other project but not in my main file
Can you post the user.js file created when you publish the main file
