Articulate Storyline 360- Text to Speech

I am trying to use Text to Speech in Articulate Storyline 360. But getting the following error message.

"Unable to Connect. Check your internet connection and try again".

Please help to resolve this

You may need to simply close and restart Articulate, or do a full reboot of your system. I'm not sure of what the issue is but it seems to be some type of buffer overload; I've had the same problem since the most recent update, and it occurs more or less randomly when working with TTS instances. Closing and restarting the program seems to resolve it.
