I created a course with Articulate Storyline and unfortunately it's not marking complete in our SuccessFactors LMS or the Scorm Cloud. I've checked the reporting and tracking and it shows Complete/Incomplete and the number of views are checked with the number of slides. The launch in a new window is disabled. Also, the index_lms.html extension appears on the filename in the LMS. I'm sure I must be missing something. So, HELP!

Do you have a file you could share so we can test this on the SCORM Cloud, and check the tracking setting as well?
