Everytime I try to publish a course I get a pop up saying "Articulate Storyline Error Report. Were sorry, something went wrong with Articulate Storyline and it might close. You can help up fix this bug by sending us information on what went wrong. "

You mention that this is happening to one file, so I assume that you are able to publish other files successfully. I would first advise you to import the file into a new one and check to see if you are able to publish.
