Articulate Storyline Logo Not Displaying on iPad

I have multiple, very different Storyline courses. When I publish them to HTML5 and pull them up on an iPad, the logo in the upper left-hand corner does not appear. Instead it displays a box with a small question mark. I have discovered that if the player is an "on disk" player when published that the logo will appear and if the player is "in project" when published the logo will not appear.
I have one course where I cannot seem to change the player it from "ion project" to "on disk." When I open the "On Disk" version it shows the identical "in project" player checked as the current player. Is there some way to change to "on disk" and have it "stick." Thanks for any help you can provide!

I found the article that suggests that courses built before Update 3 need to have the logo removed and re-inserted. I've done this and it works. (Unfortunately, I have also been noticing that the logo in the courses built before Update 3 periodically disappear and have to be reinserted. This is only manifest after the course is published and viewed. Sigh.)

I think you're referring to this article which I've linked here for anyone else who runs across this thread. If the behavior has continued, you may also want to review this article, and ensure you're now using update 4.
