The DPI setting of 96 is what Storyline needs to use on Windows as described here. I know folks have shared that on high resolution machines the display can appear tiny and difficult work with, and we've shared that information with our QA team - but in the meantime you'll also want to share your thoughts in the form of a feature request so that we can accurately track the number of users impacted.
