Articulate support NDA question

I'm looking for validation on submitting a .story file with a problem ticket to your support site. I have been given limited approval for submitting the .story file with the support ticket provided Articulate can be held responsible for not sharing this confidential information.

Absolutely, anything you share with our team in a support case is kept confidential and we regularly remove user files from our systems. Our team is also happy to sign an NDA upon request.
