Articulate Teams - Shared files not showing up for other Teams account users

Hi there - I'm currently working with a large training development team and we share storyline files regularly. However, there is sometimes a multiple hour delay from when someone shares slides to a teams folder, and when others on the teams account can see and open the file. Can you help figure out a solution?

I'd love to help look into what's happening with the teams slides! A few initial ideas:

  • Some secure networks might block Articulate 360 services and prevent features from working seamlessly. Opening the firewall and ports listed in this article should help: Articulate 360 Network Endpoints
