I have both an individual license and a Teams license. I originally downloaded and installed Articulate 360 under my individual account. When I am signed into Articulate 360 under my Teams account and try to use Storyline, it prompts me to download Storyline and when I attempt to do this, I get a message that says SL is already installed (which I'm assuming is because I installed SL under my individual account). It seems that I am caught in a loop where I can't use SL when logged in under my Teams account because I already have it installed under my individual account. How do I go about resolving this issue so that I can create courses in SL and publish to Review under my Teams account? Thank you.
Thanks for reaching out! If you already have Storyline 360 installed on your computer, you won't need to reinstall it due to a second license. You'll just have to ensure you're signed-in under the correct Articulate ID when working with both simultaneously.
