Articulate Tempshare not working

Hi, 

I have been trying to use Articulate Tempshare since yesterday. I am new to this tool, but I was introduced to it by my co-worker. I am reviewing a course and must submit to our client, who has already been used to receiving the tempshare link to review the course. 

My co-worker was able to upload the zip file into tempshare. I am not sure if maybe the laptop I am using is moving too slow because it stops right at 0% in the beginning of the publishing process. 

Is there any way that someone could look into this and perhaps find a solution that may work best?

Hi, Esmeralda -- That is unfortunate that you are having issues, however I just published, zipped and uploaded an output file to Tempshare without incident, so could you please reboot your machine, and also try another browser to see if that is part of the issue?

In addition, I would be happy to test your .story file here on my end if you would be so kind as to provide it here in the threads (using the Add Attachment button in the bottom left of the reply box). If privacy is a concern, you are welcome to submit your file to me using this form.
