Articulate Updater plug-in

Where is the direct link to download the Articulate Storyline 2 Updater plug-in (the plug-in wherein you can download the app locally so you can batch process courses in order to update the player from Storyline 2 U4 to Storyline 2 U7)

Also, there is a known bug on the iOS9 wherein when you attempt to launch a course, it prompts you to download the offline player but the browser never resolves to the actual app path to download the actual app... it just brings you back to the prompt you need to download the app. I see on the app comments UI others are experiencing the same issue. Does the adapter plug-in resolve this issue as well?
