Hi. Some of my students can´t open my classes when I send them the videos in the compressed version (zip) or the video given on google drive with google classroom. I would like to know if there is a cause and a solution please. I have created 7 classes with a lot inter activities (questions and numeric answers). It seems the problem happens with windows 10 users. Thanks a lot for your help
Sorry to hear that, Georges. I'd like to help look into this for you!
Let's narrow down why this is happening:
What version of Storyline are you using?
Did you publish for Web or LMS?
In addition to Windows 10, do you know if the affected students are using the same browser?
With your permission, I'd like to test your .story file in a similar environment to get a clear picture of what's happening. If that works for you, here's where you can share the file privately with me. I'll let you know what I find, and will delete it after troubleshooting.
I'm a teacher in a "on line course" for Simon Bolivar University in Vzla.
Up to the last group, we were working with a moodle platform called "evasig"
But the difficulty to get $ to pay for the platform obliged us to work with google classroom.
With the moodle platform there was no difficulty: The course was in the platform and the student had direct access to the course
With the classroom, the whole video is in the google drive assigned to the course in zip form and most of the student can unload the course, uncompress it and view. But some of them just can see it. (this include our Coordinator who is working with windows 10)
* I work with Articulate Storyline2
* I don't understand what is the difference between "WEB" and "LMS":
When a make a change on one of the videos, I publish it and keep it in Zip form and that is what the students receive on the classroom drive. (or what I used to charge on the moodle platform, uncompressed and put Story.html as principal document)
* I will have to ask the students with the problem, what browser the are using.
* I just sent you one of the videos.
I copied your answer to my Coordinator so that she can help mi get the info about the bowsers.

I'm testing it in a similar environment now and will reply in the case with some next steps to try. We'll figure this out together!
In the meantime, it looks like you may have responded by email in which your contact information came through to the forums. This Peek video will show you how to edit it out if you’d like!
