There is currently no way to attach a hotspot to a specific area of the image, and then have that position of the hotspot dynamically move along with the slider.
I can see that you are using a 360° Image for the slider. Have you considered adding this image as a 360° image instead? Within the 360° image, you'll be able to add hotspots and triggers to add interactivity to the experience, while still allowing the learner to move around within the image.
