I'm setting up a pre-assessment and I would like to give users partial credit for answering correctly on the second attempt. For example, if a question is worth two points, they would get one point if they answered correctly on the second try.
I see the option to set points by the question and by the answer, but neither accomplishes what I'm trying to do. Do you have suggestions for how I might set this up? TIA!
Great question! We have a discussion where someone asks a similar question about awarding partial credit when a learner answers correctly on a second attempt.
In the discussion, Ron Price suggests implementing layers. Do you want to give it a try and see if that would do the trick?
You're welcome, Corinne! Also, it looks like your full email signature came through which might be sharing more contact information than you intended. This Peek video will show you how to edit it out if you’d like!

That makes sense -- I'll give it a try. Thank you for your help!
