I am currently working on a project where I would like the learner to click on a small picture of a file and when they do it will open up the actual .pdf of the document. I have set a added a jump to url/file trigger with the location of the file but when I upload it to the LMS it says that it has an incorrect path. I have verified that the pdf file is stored in the final published folder before uploading it to my LMS. Right now saving it to a file server is not an option. Any insights?

The icons that you currently see are what are accessible within Storyline, but you could also add in images to use as buttons or icons within your course.

Are you linking to the file as specified here? Are you able to replicate this behavior in SCORM Cloud or is the issue limited to your LMS?
I have a similar question. I have created a quiz like interaction, where with the correct response, a link ideally points to a PDF document.

Hi there Indrani! Sorry you're running into this trouble. Where is the PDF saved? Also how are you testing the published file? I recommend that you test the project in the environment for which it was published.
