Audio disappeared

Hello, kind helpers!!
I created a basic presentation and confirmed that my audio was recorded successfully via preview. After adding in a little quiz and clicking 'save' my audio is just gone. I tried reverting back to an earlier version of my pptx doc (MS Office 365 ProPlus in WIN 10) but that was also missing audio which I had recorded earlier in the day. It doesn't matter if I have headphones or not. Audio is missing in preview and as a published zip.
This is my first day in the trial period using Articulate 360, Storyline, although I have used Articulate '13 previously. Would love to not lose a day's worth of work..... Does anyone have guidance on troubleshooting in this case?

I am experiencing a similar issue in that my previously saved audio is not loading. Also, on the slides that the audio is loading, the sound is not audible during preview/play (necessary to create cues). I updated Storyline this morning prior to opening Storyline. Any troubleshooting tips?
