We are facing audio related issue on iPhone. The course audio does not play on "iphone device". It however plays when listened through headphone but does not play on speaker mode.

Is the iPhone on "silent" mode? I've had issues with audio not automatically playing when in silent mode, and switching the volume to normal has been a solution.
Can you confirm what version of Storyline you’re using? Go to Help > About Storyline.
What iOS version and phone are you using? I can do some testing on my end to see if I get the same behavior.
