Audio Files not Importing with Powerpoint Mar 07, 2017 By Ann Carson When I import a pptx file, the audio for each slide doe not come with it. The article at https://articulate.com/support/article/m4a-audio-files-in-powerpoint-arent-imported-into-articulate-storyline say this was fixed in V8. I purchased storyline in Feb 2017, so it should have the update but the problem still persists. help?

Here are a few of my initial thoughts before we dive any deeper: What version of PPT are you using? Are both the Storyline file and the PPT file saved to your local hard drive? Have you seen this with multiple PowerPoint files, or just the one in particular? Is the file name of your Storyline or PPT long, or does it contain special characters?
