When inserting a screen recording as step-by-step slides, any audio that you recorded with the screencast will not be used. Step-by-step slides display only the action-related clips of your original screencast. As a result, the recorded audio would not match up to the individual slides if it were included. Your audio will still be available in your original screen recording in case you also want to insert it as a video on a single slide.

This is the single most important thing missing in Articulate. Captivate does a wonderful job splitting audio over a series of slides. Looking at discussions in the community this has been asked for for more than 5 years so I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for it. Very dissapointing

Step-By-Step Screen Recordings-Audio that you record with a screencast won't be used when you insert the screencast as step-by-step slides.
Without Audio in final output,the screencast is unusable.
