If your course works in SCORM Cloud and Review 360, there's a chance that the issue is isolated to your SAP environment. One other test that you could do is to publish your course to web and check if you will hear the audio of your course (using the 'View Project' button).
If there are no issues with the published web output of your course, please reach out to the administrator of your SAP environment so they can take a closer look at why the audio of the course is being lost when it is uploaded to their environment.

thank your for your answer.
I'm in contact with the SAP administrators and they are unable to do anything, and the client wants to receive the course with audio for what I am responsible.
It turned out that the problem is related to the last update of articulate. We uninstalled it and published the project again. Now the audio works.
Could you please check it? We will have more courses for SAP and it's a problem when you have to work with older versions.
