Audio issues

I have notice that sometimes, specially when viewing my projects in articulate after a few days gap, I notice that the audio in the slides does not play. Re-opening articulate does not work. I have to restart my computer instead. Any way to avoid this?

Hi Beverly.  We have some best practices to avoid any file corruption or strange behavior in your files.  I'm not sure if this is your process, but one best practice is to not leave the Storyline application open and unattended for long periods of time. If you leave the application running overnight, it’s possible that a malware scan or disk backup could run because the machine is idle, making your application vulnerable to crashing.

When you’re done working with your project file and about to step away, do a final save, close the application, and back up the latest version—just to be safe.
