Audio problem

Hello

I have an application that requires using stereo audio with different signals going into each ear. When I compile the lesson to create a scorm lesson and I check the mp3 files, I notice that the channels appear to be mixed i.e. I have no stereo effect. How can I make sure that the separate channels are preserved? 

Does articulate reduce files to mono?

I would appreciate some urgent help.
