Audio issues with Storyline 2

Hi all,
I am currently working on a voiced over course which I am recording my voice and the screen using articulate. My Issue is that the audio changes volume by itself. at the start o the slide it will be really quiet but build up until its too loud. I slightly fixed this by starting my recordings with a loud voice however it happened again after a stopped talking for 2 seconds and clicked on the webpage I was recording in order to go to the next step. I have a Logitech G633 headset which has a very good mic built into it. Has anyone else had this issue? If so how did you fix it?

I'm eager to hear the answer, although my recording started at normal volume, and faded.
Hi, Nick -- Thanks for reaching out here and sorry to hear of your difficulties! First, may I ask if you have gone through the steps listed here to see if you find improvement? And would it be possible for you to share an example or the file where you are finding this behavior? To share privately, please use this form.
Christie two colleagues of mine are having the same issue with the volume increasing. I did all of the steps for the Windows 7 workstations that they use but the problem persists. I will ask them if they can share the file with you. Do you have any other suggestions?

I am also having this issue and was hoping I'd find a fix here.

Can you tell us a bit more about the issue you're seeing? Are you working from a local project file and testing the published version in the intended environment?
