Audio not playing sometimes Dec 27, 2013 By Juanjo Haro Hi... We have cereated a course with some buttons that lauch a layer with audio... in computer, both flash and html5 plays fine with in ipad sometimes the audio works but mostle it does not sound. What could causing this? Thanks!

There are some known reasons why audio may not play in Mobile safari detailed here. Some additional information and links in regards known issues with HTML5 and audio: Do you have multiple resources on slides? More information in this article. Here is a thread where a hero explains HTML5 and issues with audio. Can you confirm that you're using update 4 of Storyline as there were a number of fixes included for HTML5 content? If you'd like us to take a look at your .story file are you able to share it with us here, or privately here?
