Audio not working after Storyline 360 update

Hello! I recently ran an update on all the Articulate programs, and now none of my audio seems to be working. I have both video and voiceover files embedded in the course I'm working on, and while the videos will play, they are silent. When opening up an audio file through the timeline, the file won't begin to play. I've checked all volume settings on my machine, and everything else seems to be in working order. Any advice would be much appreciated! Thank you!
