I am playing a Storyline project on an iPad using the Articulate Mobile Player. On some slides I have audio as part of a video, This audio on the video is muted. I have overlaid fresh audio on the slide. When I play it on my desktop I only hear the slide audio as I would expect. When I play it on an iPad I hear both the movie audio and the slide audio. Does anyone knowhow to fix this without having to re-record ALL the videos!!
Is this a defect of the AMP as it's a massive showstopper?
I am using the latest version of Storyline, the AMP and ios9
This is a known issue within the mobile player. Our QA team is currently looking into this. We do have a workaround which is to edit the video, and reduce the volume to -100. This should mute the audio so your other audio will play.

Which version of Storyline are you using, and how are you publishing the file?

What you're seeing with the volume slider is expected behavior since mobile devices have their own volume controls. You'll see this same behavior when opening up multiple applications on a mobile device. The volume is consistent.

I've just found out that in mobile player volume button is just gone. So, I guess, it is on by default.
Is there any way to get it back?

It's not related to specific file, it's related to the device. To demonstrate what I mean I created a demo and recorded a short video.
