Mp4 video does not play properly sometimes Oct 30, 2012 By Josh Janikowski I published a project with a mp4 video on teh first frame. Its set to play when clicked and uses the playback controls. When i publish i publish for html5 and the mobile player. I upload it to my server then link to it in Blackboard. When i click the link it opens the articulate player When i run it on an 1pad1 it plays fine. ipad 3 the video is a black box and i can hear the audio playing in the video. If i refresh the screen the plays fine. How can i get this to run like it does on teh Ipad 1? What causes this?

Let's try an uninstall of the app and a reinstall from the app store. I have had to do that a couple of times when courses I am viewing cause issues. Maybe that is the case here. Adrian

On the iPad 3, are we talking about the Articulate Mobile Player or HTML5 in Mobile Safari when the audio plays without any picture?
