I am facing issue with audio. In some slides I have inserted 2 audio files. When I replay such slides, the first audio goes mute though the slide is playing. The second audio in the same slide plays perfectly. I am not able to figure out the problem. Please suggest.
some times it happens, so give a little space on timeline before 1st audio or make it single audio. otherwise check whether the slide is in reset mode or not.
Hi, Shalaka -- Thanks for your question and so sorry to hear of your troubles! If issues persist beyond the suggestions that you have already received, I agree with Priyanka: sharing your file may be most helpful.
If privacy is an issue and you are unable to share your actual file, a pared-down sample that illustrates the behavior you are seeing would work just as well. Please use the ADD ATTACHMENT button in the bottom left corner of the reply box in the thread, and you can browse for the file from there.

Check that the show/hide icon beside the audio file in the timeline hasn't been clicked to hide the clip - that will stop it playing.
Also check that the volume hasn't been muted
Hi Shalaka,
It seems to be some issue related to the timeline.
Can u share the story file so that I can look into the problem and provide you the exact solution you are looking for.
