Audio won't play on iOS 10

Hello. We have a course that plays perfectly in IE and Chrome on a laptop, and it works fine on an ipad with iOS 9. But our newer ipads that are running iOS 10 -the  audio won't play. We tested other courses on the newer ipads and they work fine. So it's definitely something different in this particular course. All courses are developed in Storyline 2 and we are on the latest update (Update 11). I'm not sure what other settings to look at. Is there something about the type of audio files?

Hi Stacey! Sorry you've run into these issues with the audio. A few questions to get a better understanding of how you're viewing the course:

  • Are you viewing with Safari?
  • Is the file published for Web or LMS?

It might be helpful if you could share your file so I can do some testing on my end.
