Hello. We have a course that plays perfectly in IE and Chrome on a laptop, and it works fine on an ipad with iOS 9. But our newer ipads that are running iOS 10 -the audio won't play. We tested other courses on the newer ipads and they work fine. So it's definitely something different in this particular course. All courses are developed in Storyline 2 and we are on the latest update (Update 11). I'm not sure what other settings to look at. Is there something about the type of audio files?

Are you viewing with Safari?
Is the file published for Web or LMS?

Yes, it is with Safari. We publish for LMS using the HTML5 output. I just submitted the files privately. The case is 00937712. Thanks!
