Auto-fit for text

Feb 05, 2014

Hi

In the project I am currently working on, text auto-fit has been enabled for my text boxes.

I have a slide with markers displaying information about a process i'm training. The text size is varying greatly according to what I've place in the marker label - photos, diagrams etc.

I Can't find any tutorials coaching me in how these properties are set for a project as I'd like to disable this function for this project.

Can someone point me in the right direction please.

Thanks

Hi Fiona,

For a text box you would go to the "Format shape" option when right clicking on a Text box and you'll see a option at the bottom of that new window for "Text box" and you'll be able to update the items there.

For markers text boxes, they're automatically set to "resize shape to fit text" so that if you add a lot of text it's automatically adjusted. If you'd like to change the font size within the marker, highlight the appropriate text and while you're mouse stays hovered over the highlighted text a small text editor will appear. You'll be able to make updates there to font size, color, etc.

Hope that helps!
