For some reason Storyline 360 is not auto importing my VTT files with audio. Both files are named the same and are in the same folder. I know it has worked in the past but it's not working now. Are VTT files no longer supported?
I am using 3.71 as well and when I import audio to the slide, it is not grabbing the vtt file. Including screen shot of my folder with both audio and vtt files. As well as a screen shot of proof that audio is uploaded and CC are not uploaded. Any idea why its not working for me?
Honestly, I didn't even know you could import into the media library and load that way... seems like duplicative work to me.
my test was - create a new folder on the windows desktop - copy into the folder one mp3 and one video with the VTT files (same name like the media files) - create a new empty storyline project - import the audio and the video (in the slide view) - VTT files are imported

just tested with Storyline 3.71
import to the slide -> vtt files are imported with the audio or video files
import direct in the Media Library -> vtt files are NOT imported with the audio or video files
