I created a tutorial with a main menu with 6 sections to view. After the learner visits a section, I have added a state to show a check next to that section. But...when they go back to review the section for a second time, there is no audio or animation. I cannot figure out why...
It worked! Thank you, Rebecca. I did not have them set to "Reset to initial state." And thank you for the tip using properties to change multiple slides at once.

Hi Kristin,
Does the slide (do the slides) in that section have properties set to Resume Saved State? If so, try changing them to Reset to Initial State.
Click the gear icon near the bottom right of the screen to open the Slide Properties dialog box.
Then click the When revisiting drop-down and choose Reset to initial state.
Or, in Story View, select multiple slides and make the same changes using the Properties settings in the panel on the right of the window.
