Unfortunately not, but I recently completed a project where I mixed in BGM with the narrative using Audacity, fading in and fading out the music. When clicking from one slide to the next in the finished product, the end product was surprisingly linear. The pause in the music was like taking a short breath, before moving on to the next subject. It will mean more work mixing down individual tracks for each slide, but the end product will potentially be more effective, as you will have slide-appropriate music.
If you still really want the music, a work around is discussed here.
Storyline doesn't have an option for background music, or audio that spans multiple slides as Presenter does - so you'll want to use one of the workarounds mentioned in the community.
