I have created articulate package and I have inserted background graphics either from Powerpoint or from the slide master. I can see it perfectly fine in my story view but when I preview the scenes my background graphics disappear... I'm on deadlines and this is a huge concern. It's also not happening to all the slides. Any suggestions ?
There wasn’t any animations it was just the graphics on the template. I am unable to send the package to you unfortunately due to the nature of the content.
Hi, Jacinta -- Sorry to hear of your difficulties! You may want to try importing the file into a new file, and if you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline. And if you'd like Wendy and other members of the community to weigh in with their advice and suggestions, you could always share a pared-down version of your file with confidential content removed or obscured. If that won't work for your needs, you would also be welcome to share your file privately with staff using this form, and I will reach you back after I've had an opportunity to take a closer look. :)

are there any animations or transitions on the slides that came in from ppt that might be affecting it.
