I would recommend checking the steps for replacing the compressed video with the original. If you're only hearing audio - something's not quite right there. Replacing the video is the best way to ensure you're seeing a completely untouched version of the video.
I'm curious, how were you viewing the project when you only heard the audio? Were you viewing it locally? If so, try uploading the project to a web server or LMS and test it after it's uploaded.
You could also always post in the original threads that Simon and Matthew shared. The community members that have been active in those threads may have some additional tips that could help.

This video shows a good fix. I've used it successfully in modules & there is a vast improvement in quality. Not supported by Articulate though.

They both bring me to the one screenr wich doesn't work.
If I put the original video in I only get the audio.
IF there isn't a solution then i'm in the need to find me another program..
