Bad quality video when I publish in LMS

Hi,
Sorry to post another thread with a similar title as others. I've ready through the other threads but everything I have tried doesn't work. When I publish my work that has a video in the quality gets really bad.
I have tried all different formats
I have tried increasing the publish quality
I have tried changing the file to mp4 and then putting the original mp4 file in the published file (and then changing the name) but I could only hear the video I couldn't see it.
Is there anything else I can do?

Hi, that's because Articulate scales the video to the size in the slide and uses a strong comprossion (really bad). By replacing the exported mp4 by your own mp4 ( i recomend 500 bitrate and h264) must work.
Maybe the issue you can hear or see the video is due to the codec. Try another codec.
I have the same problem and now i putting the videos at 644 pixels width on the slides, thats give a decent quality when you zoom it on ipad.
Hope you can fix it
Hey Juanjo,
Thanks for the info. Is there a codec you can recommend?
I recommend the h.264, is a standard and the audio in mp3 or acc.
Hi Sam! Looks like Juanjo is taking care of you here. Did that suggestion help you? Just let us know if you need anything further.
Thanks Juanjo!
Yes sorted it out! Thanks a lot Juanjo.
You're welcome!!! My pleasure to help!
Thanks Juanjo!
