Base Layer Video restarting

I imported a video to the base layer and use triggers to display a layer using cue points. When the layer hides, the video restarts from the beginning (for some layers). I have pause timeline selected and the base layer is set to resume but this doesn't work. It plays perfectly in Preview mode. I'm exporting this as an MP4 so no interaction. I even recreated the storyline file but it does the same thing. I followed the steps on this thread to no avail.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your course playing as expected in preview mode, but not when published. I'm happy to help troubleshoot!
Have you tried publishing the course for Review 360 to see if the issue persists? I'd be happy to take a look at your file if you're comfortable sharing it with our team. You can upload it here or privately in a support case. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete!
