I'm just going bananas with my e-learning. Need help ASAP!
I work on a slide witd two additional layers. I want the layers to change to change smoothly from one to another. Each layers show a different pose of my character but when i preview it, it always flashes the character form the base slide before it changes to the one on the next layer.
This may be an issue with your layer properties. Have a look at the attached file. It provides a simple loop between the baselayer, two layers and back. In my preview, the transition is seamless (except for the visible shift because the poses don't exactly overlap).

I finally got the right animations thanks to Michael. Had to leave only one state on each layer and it worked just fine.
