Behaviour change between SL2 and SL360 a problem

Let me describe what we are doing.
First slide on the course has a button that opens a lightbox to give navigation information for accessibility.
The idea being the user tabs to this button (first in tab order) presses enter and the lightbox opens providing information. The user continues to hit tab and the lightbox closes.
Now comes the problem. Because SL360 has learned that tab is followed by enter it does both automatically. We end up in an endless loop unable to move forward each time we hit tab the lightbox opens. Then closes, then opens.
The identical circumstance in SL2 does not create this problem.
I read somewhere that this is a new feature for SL360 and it is enabled by default, but is there anyway to turn it off?

I missed this post before but I now see this is the same problem as https://community.articulate.com/discussions/articulate-storyline/storyline-360-update-now-tabbing-to-button-executes-button
We eagerly wait a solution.

Hi Drew! Thanks for linking that post here. I recently sent you an email with information about a rollback to a previous version of Storyline 360. Please let me know if you didn't receive that email!
Thanks Alyssa,
Email received.
FYI: I just need the rollback to finish a particular job, then I will update and wait for a fix.

Drew
