Best Completion Percentages for Working Courses using SCORM 1.2 or 2004?

Hi All,

Those of you who have measured this: for courses you are sure are designed and implemented well and are stable, what % of user completions do you find?  Real-world, measured completions, using SCORM 1.2 or 2004, with a LMS?
