I have just completed an Articulate course, and am wondering the best way to get my colleagues to test it out. I was thinking that publishing to Web would be easiest, but the transfer is proving to be problematic. The ideal situation would be to send a link out to everyone.
If you're looking to send out a link to your published course, you could use Tempshare as a temporary solution. You'll get a unique URL and the content will erase itself after 10 days.
Alternatively, you could publish to CD and email it out...
In order to prevent local Flash player and web browser security from preventing your course from playing properly, you'll either need to publish to CD and share the launch_player.exe with your colleagues, or you can get it hosted online somewhere, like Tempshare.
Check out this article which does a great job explaining how to publish and share Storyline content.

I am using our Box account, but I am wondering if I should send out the entire zipped file or just a section of the package.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
